The Core Platform carries the shared capabilities every module depends on: resident and business profiles, property records with effective history, workflows, documents, notifications, security and audit. It is included automatically with every module subscription and is not sold as a standalone product.
The Financial Integration Engine transfers approved financial impacts from RevoraSphere to Dynamics 365 Finance or Business Central where those systems remain the financial system of record. It works through configured schedules, approvals, account and dimension mappings, retries and notifications — configuration first, with custom code kept to a minimum.
Each municipality is deployed in its own dedicated environment, hosted and operated by Econix in Microsoft Azure Canadian data centres. Every subscription includes production, UAT and test environments, with additional sandboxes available as an option, and Econix manages updates, patches, monitoring, backups, performance and capacity according to the selected service plan.
Municipal staff sign in through Microsoft Entra ID with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication where configured, while citizens use a separate identity of their own. Role-based access controls what each user can see and do, and audit trails record operational activity across the platform.
Documents, configurable workflows, approvals and notifications are platform capabilities shared by every module. Whether the work is a tax adjustment, a licence application or a certificate request, staff follow consistent, governed processes with the related documents and communications kept alongside the record.
