Municipal Work Is Connected. Municipal Software Should Be Too.
A resident is not a tax file in one system, a utility account in another and a licence record in a third. RevoraSphere keeps people, properties, accounts, documents and payments connected on one governed municipal record.
One municipality. One resident profile. One property record. Connected tax, utility, financial, citizen-service and ERP workflows.

Asked by M. Chen · Context: property tax account TX-0001000
Sources the draft cites
- Assessment record — phased-in CVA $500,000 (2026)
- Rate table — by-law 2026-000, class RT
- Bill run F-2026-01 — bill detail for roll 0000 000 000 00000 0000
- Instalment schedule — payments received to date
Drafted explanation
Staff review requiredThe interim bill was calculated as 50% of the prior year’s levy ($2,500.00). The final bill applies the approved 2026 rates to the phased-in assessment of $500,000, producing a total 2026 levy of $5,000.00. After crediting the two interim instalments already paid ($2,500.00), the remaining balance of $2,500.00 is split across the two final instalments of $1,250.00 due Aug 30 and Oct 30.

A Dedicated Environment for Every Municipality
Each municipality receives its own environment — its configuration, its data, its pace of change — hosted and operated by Econix in Microsoft Azure Canadian data centres.

The detail, when you want it
- Core Platform included. The Core Platform is included automatically with every module subscription. It is not sold as a standalone product — it is the foundation every module runs on.
- Subscribe module by module. Municipalities may subscribe to individual modules and add modules later as priorities and budgets allow.
- Three environments included. Every subscription includes production, UAT and test environments, so your team can validate configuration and changes before they reach day-to-day operations.
- Optional additional sandboxes. Additional sandbox environments may be offered as an option where a municipality needs extra room for training or parallel projects.
- Operated by Econix. Econix manages updates, patches, monitoring, backups, environments, performance, capacity and support according to the selected service plan.
Support options are aligned with each municipality's operational requirements and selected service plan.
- The municipality owns its data. Your data is yours. Econix hosts and manages the SaaS service and its infrastructure — ownership of municipal data remains with the municipality.
- Hosted in Canada. RevoraSphere is hosted and operated by Econix in Microsoft Azure Canadian data centres, in a dedicated environment for each municipality.
- Staff identity through Microsoft Entra ID. Municipal staff sign in with Entra ID single sign-on and multi-factor authentication where configured, so platform access follows the municipality’s existing identity practices.
- Separate citizen identity. Residents and businesses use their own citizen identity, kept separate from municipal staff identity.
- Works in the browser, on any screen. RevoraSphere is responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile browsers — staff and citizens use it wherever they are, with no software to install.
- Accessibility. Designed with WCAG 2.2 AA principles in mind, with formal accessibility validation performed during implementation and release readiness.
- Language. English is available today. French support is planned for the future.
RevoraSphere is the municipal operational system for its subscribed modules. Detailed operational transactions, documents, workflows and audit history stay within RevoraSphere, where the day-to-day work happens. Approved financial impacts transfer to the ERP through the Shared Financial Integration Engine.
- Transfers run on configured schedules, so financial data moves on a predictable, governed cadence.
- Approvals govern what transfers — financial impacts move to the ERP once they are approved, not before.
- Account and dimension mappings are configured to match the municipality’s chart of accounts and reporting structure.
- Retries and notifications keep the integration observable and recoverable, so finance staff know the state of every transfer.
- Configuration comes first. The integration is designed to be configured, not custom-coded, keeping custom development to a minimum.
The result: operational teams work in RevoraSphere with detailed records and audit history, while finance retains a clean, governed financial picture in the ERP.
Operational Depth in RevoraSphere. Financial Control in Your ERP.
Where Dynamics 365 Finance or Business Central remains the financial system of record, approved financial impacts transfer through a governed integration engine — configured schedules, approvals, account and dimension mappings, retries and notifications.
Configuration comes first — the integration is designed to be configured, not custom-coded, keeping custom development to a minimum.
