What Is RevoraSphere?

RevoraSphere is Econix's modular municipal operations platform designed for Canadian municipalities. It starts with property tax management and expands into utility billing, business licensing, AR and cashiering, citizen services, document generation and reporting, with an AI and analytics layer planned.

Unlike generic ERP platforms adapted for government, RevoraSphere is designed around the way Canadian municipalities operate — province-aware assessment models, annual roll cycles, effective-dated ownership, PILT exemptions, mill-rate factors, and citizen self-service portals with dedicated URLs.

Dedicated-Environment Architecture

This is the defining architectural decision in RevoraSphere. Every municipality gets its own dedicated Azure environment. There is no shared database and no multi-tenant data layer where one municipality's data sits next to another's.

The citizen portal runs at a separate URL — {municipality}.citizen.revorasphere.com — with no staff routes exposed. Every property endpoint includes ownership verification, and citizens see only their own data for their ownership period.

The Econix RevoraSphere Admin platform manages provisioning and operations centrally — customer contracts, module provisioning via feature flags, health monitoring, announcements, onboarding and offboarding — without exposing one municipality's data to another.
